Recommended motion:
That the plans for installation of street lights on South "E"
Street, from Orange Show Road to Mill Street, in accordance with
Plan No. 7802, be 'approved, and the Director of Public Works/City
Engineer authorized to advertise for bids.

STAFF REPORT
Plans for the installation of street lights on South "E"
Street, from Orange Show Road to Mill Street, have been prepared
by the Engineering Division and the project is ready to be
advertised for bids.
Listed below is an estimate of the total project cost:
Construction Contract $ 70,800
Engineering & Inspection (W.O. U856) 14,560
Sub-Total $ 85,360
Contingencies (10%):!: 8,640
TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 94,000
An amount of $94,300 has been allocated from CDBG Funds,
under Account No. 121-544-57953, to finance the costs incurred
for these improvements.
We recommend that the plans be approved and authori-
zation granted to advertise for bids.
