STAFF REPORT
City operations are maintained through various operating funds. These
funds were created as a result of Federal or State laws, generally accepted
accounting principles and practices or to provide improved monitoring
mechanisms for special City projects.
The City's growth and changes has necessitated creation of additional
Funds to account for various City operations. As a result this resolution
establishing the new funds and reestablishing existing funds is being
submitted for approval by the Mayor and Common Council. This resolution
will establish an up to date listing of the operating funds of the City
of San Bernardino as recommended to conform with generally accepted
accounting principles.

RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ESTABLISHING
AND RE-ESTABLISHING OPERATING FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: There are hereby established and re-
established the operating funds designated in Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as
though set out in full.
SECTION 2:
Nothing herein shall be deemed to repeal
any operating funds previously established by Charter,
Ordinance or Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino at a
