A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO CONFIRMING THE 1989-90 2 ASSESSMENT ROll FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 969, LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE, IRYINGTON AND OLIVE AVENUE AREA. 3 4 WHEREAS, by Resol ution No. 87-387, the Mayor and Common Council found that the public interest, convenience, and 5 6 necessity required the formation of a landscaping maintenance district; and 7 8 WHEREAS, by said Resolution No. 87-387, the Mayor and Common Council formed an assessment district known as 9 Assessment District No. 969 for the purpose of providing 10 landscaping maintenance in the area of Irvington Avenue and Olive 11 Avenue pursuant to the provisions of Chapte~ 12.90 of the San 12 Bernardino City Municipal Code; and 13 o 14 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 87-363, the Mayor and Common Council declared that all the land included within the boundaries 15 of said district will be benefited by the maintenance of said 16 landscaping; and 17 18 WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 87-363 declared that an annual assessment shall be levied on all land within the district 19 to provide funding for said landscaping maintenance and the 20 administration thereof; and 21 22 WHEREAS, an Assessment Roll has been prepared totalling $246.70 which sets forth the individual assessments to 23 be levied on each of the parcels of land within Assessment 24 25 District No. 969 for the fiscal year 1989-90; o 26 27 28 -29-89 RESOLUTION AC:>V. 1989 ASSES. ROLL AD96~ o 1 NOW THEREFORE 8E IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON 2 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 3 SECTION 1. That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby 4 find and determine that the proportionate costs to be levied 5 against the parcels of land within Assessment District No. 969 6 are correctly set forth on Assessment Roll No. 969 for the 7 fiscal year 1989-90, designated as Exhibit "A" and attached 8 hereto, and do hereby confirm said assessments. 9 SECTION 2.
