Inland Mediation Board -- Fair Housing and Identification of Impediments: Conduct an analysis of fair housing choice within the City limits as required by new COBG regulations and identify any impediments to fair housing choice: implement the activities of fair housing enforcement, education and and outreach activities in order to fulfill the requirements of the new CDBG regulations. (city wide) ROlling start, Inc. (Deaf Services): Provides services to be used with telephone by the deaf and hearing impaired with maintenance service when needed. (City wide) Rolling start, Inc. (Helpline): Provide emergency shelter alert devices and portable triggers for the elderly and home bound ill with maintenance service provided when needed.
