I, SHAUNA CLARK, City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino, County
of San Bernardino, State of California, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that pursuant
to the provisions of the Charter of the City of San Bernardino did canvass
the returns of the vote cast in the City of San Bernardino, in said
County, in the Primary Municipal Election held on March 7, 1989, for
elective public offices, and that the Statement of Vote Cast, to which
this certificate is attached, shows the whole number of votes cast for
each candidate, and that the total of the respective columns as shown
for each candidate are full, true and correct.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
official seal of the City of San Bernardino this 10th day of March,
1989.
