STAFF REPORT
Carnegie Drive was dedicated to the City of San
Bernardino on Tract Map No. 12034, September 8, 1983.
We received a petition from Rancon Realty Funds IV and
V to change the name of Carnegie Drive to Tri-City Corporate
Drive. Rancon Realty Funds IV and V has requested the change
of name to coincide with their current development of said
area. The petitioner owns all the properties fronting
Carnegie Drive, and has indicated that petitioner will pay for
all costs of changing the street name signs.
It is recommended that the Real Property Section be
authorized to proceed with the name change. With your auth-
orization, this office will make the necessary notifications,
investigations and prepare the appropriate resolution.
