STAFF REPORT
APPROVAL OF $1,250 EACH FROM 4TH & 7TH
WARD PARK EXTENSION FUNDS FOR THE
PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF A SCOREBOARD
AT DEL VALLEJO BALLFIELD.
Del Vallejo ballfield is located in the Seventh Ward on the border of the Fourth
Ward and is used by Civitan Little League. The scoreboard at this site was re-
located from a previous field location and is in poor working order and beyond
repair.
A new scoreboard will cost $2,455 and installation is estimated at $1,000. A
contribution of $1,000 for this project has been received from a private citizen.
Joint funding of $1,250 each from the Fourth and Seventh Ward Park Extension
Funds is proposed.
This request has been coordinated with the Council Office.
