ment with Richards, Watson & Gershon for consulting services
relating to labor relation matters.

have called a Special Meeting of the Mayor and Common Council for 4:00 p.m., Monday,
January 9, 1989. Said meeting will be held in the Council Chambers of City Hall,
300 N. "0" Street, San Bernardino, California.
The purpose for which this meeting has been called is as follows:
1. Public Comments
2. Reconsideration of, and possible action on, agreement with Richards,
Watson & Gershon for consulting services relating to labor relations
matters.
3. Discussion and possible action on composition of City negotiating team for
labor relations and agreements with bargaining units.
4. Closed Session to confer with City negotiator on labor relations - Police.
Motion: That the Common Council recess to Closed Session to meet
with its Designated Representatives regarding labor
relations matters pursuant to Government Code Section
