RECOMMENDATION: The Committee recommend that the Commission authorize the reimbursement of miscellaneous business expenses for the Executive Director or designee effective the fourth quarter of fiscal year 1988-89 and allocate $600.00 for this purpose for the remainder of the current budget year at its meeting of May IS, 1989. He also indicated that the City had $37,000 available from development fees to offset some of this cost and expected more in the near future. Mr. Hardgrave suggested that the Agency's increased contribution be lowered by the $37,000 at this time and that the agreement be amended to allow for further decreases or Agency reimbursement over, time as additional fees are received. RECOMMENDATION: The Committee recommended that this item go to the Commission at their meeting of May 15, 1989 with amendments consistent with Mr. Hardgrave's suggestions regarding development fee offsets or reimbursements of Agency advances.
