Synopsis of Previous Council action:
04/04/88
The City Engineer and City Clerk were authorized to proc"ed wllh
the vacation of a portion of that certain alley Northeast (Of "I"
Street, Northwest of Inland Center Dri ve. and PI an ~(), 7',2".
showing the proposed vacation, was approved.
Recommended motion:
That the Director of Public Works/City Engineer and the City Clerk are
authorized to terminate proceedings to vacate a portion of that certain all..y
located Northeast of "I" Street, Northwest of Inland Center Drive

On April 4, 1988. the City Engineer and the City Clerk were authorized to
the proposed vacation of a portion of that certain alley Northeast III
Northwest of Inland Center Drive. and Plan No, 7426 was approved,

the fact that plans to develop this area were being abandoned.
We therefore recommend the Director of Public Works/Ci ty Engineer anll the C i , ,

NOTE: The Real Property Division was notified by a representative
of L. A. Wainscott via telephone that these proceedings
should be terminated. Repeated requests for a letter to
confirm the verbal instructions have gone unanswered.
