SynopsiS of Previous Council action:
09-08-87 -- Finding made that installation of three-post hoist
is needed for health and safety reasons.
06-88
Allocation of $12,558 approved as the first of five
annual lease purchase payments.
09-06-88 -- Approval of Plans and authorization to advertise for
bids.
12-05-88 -- Resolution No. 88-463 adopted awarding a contract for
the low bid price of $38,755.00.
Recommended motion:
That the workperforrned by the Contractor for the installation of
a 3-post hoist in Central Garage, per Plan No. 7607, be approved
and accepted; and that final payment be authorized at the expira-
tion of the lien period.

- REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
All work on installation of a three-post hoist in the
Central Garage was satisfactorily completed as of 3-31-89.
The contract was awarded for the low bid price of
$38,755.00, which is also the actual final contract price.
We recommend that the work be approved and accepted, and
that final payment be authorized at the expiration of the lien
period.
