I, SHAUNA CLARK, City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino, County
of San Bernardino, State of California, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that pursuant
to the provisions of the Charter of the City of San Bernardino, a canvass
of the returns of the vote cast in the City of San Bernardino, in said
County, was conducted on the General Municipal Election held on May 2,
1989, for elective public office, and that the Statement of Vote Cast,
to which this certificate is attached, shows the whole number of votes
cast for each candidate, and that the totals of the respective columns
as shown for each candidate are full, true and correct.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
official seal of the City of San Bernardino this 9th day of May, 1989.
