Mayor and Common Council, the City Clerk, and the Director of Personnel, prior

Chief Examiner, and that any other Personnel 'Action Forms for classified posi-,
tions not so approved in writing by the Chief Examiner prior to the Council
meeting should not be approved by the Mayor and Common Council.

Attached are the Personnel Action Form lists, items 01 through 21, except
#2, as approved by the Chief Examiner for your meeting of May 1, 1989.
