STAFF REPORT
The Police
of Kendall
prohibited.
This request was in response to several citizen's complaints that large
trucks regularly park along this portion of Kendall Drive, and create
visibility obstructions for motorists leaving the adjacent .housing
tracts.

2 HIBITING PARKING UPON CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS OR PORTIONS
THEREOF. . ." TO ESTABLISH A NO PARKING ANY TIME ZONE ON KENDALL
3 DRIVE BETWEEN 215 FEET WEST OF REVERE AVENUE AND UNIVERSITY
PARKWAY APPLICABLE TO THE SOUTH SIDE ONLY.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
5 CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1:
Resolution No. 3985, Section One, which
7 prohibits parking upon certain designated streets or portions,
8 thereof, is amended to include Subsection (18.2) Kendall Drive
