STAFF REPORT
Community OrRanization Request to Utilize ARenCy Owned
ProDerty - Fuddrucker Bui1dina at Second and "E" Streets
On January 17. 1992 representatives of the San Bernardino Community
Against Drugs. Inc. toured the subject Agency owned building and
requested (memorandum attached) the Mayor'S permission to use it. on
February 29, 1992. The intended use is for a chaperoned teenage dance
for students in grades seven (7) through twelve (12) during the hours
of 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. They have also requested a waiver of any
applicable fees.
The Mayor has asked that the organizations request be placed on the
Commission Agenda as a supplemental item for consideration.
Staff recommends adoption of the form motion based on the Mayor's
request.

Fuddruoker Building at Seoond and "S" Streets for a
Teen Dance sponsored b\l san Bernardino Co~unity
Against Drugs on Saturday, February allth, 1992. Th1s
dance w111 be from 7:88 p.m. to 11:18 p.~. for students
from the seventh grade through High School.
We would appreoiate it very IlIUOh 11' \IOU oould waive IUI\I
fees conneoted to the use of thi8 buildlng for this one
evening.
We plan to have approximately tlft\) adUlt volunteers as
chaperone., and would like to use the parking lot
