approved 1 and the Director of Public Works/City
authorized to advertise for bids.

STAFF REPORT
Plans for renovating the Delmann Heights Community Center
Swimming Pool have been completed by the Engineering Division and
the project is ready to be advertised for bids. The project
consists, in general, of sandblasting and replastering the pool,
replacing damaged improvements, repairing leaks, and general
clean-up.
Below is an estimate of the tota~ project cost:
Construction Contract $ 32,317
Engineering & Inspection (W.O. j/1459) 9,183
Sub-Total $ 41,500
Contingencies (15%):1: 6,500
TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 48,000
An amount of $90,145 has been allocated from Community
Development Block Grant Funds, under Account No. 91-18.60, to
finance the costs incurred for this project.
We recommend that the plans be approved and authorization
granted to advertise for bids.
