EDA Board Room:
Wednesday, June 9 at 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday, June 16 at 4:00 p.m.

Wednesday, June 30 at 4:00 p.m.

STAFF REPORT
Subject: Proposed dates for Fiscal Year 1999-2000 budget deliberations.
Background: Each year the Mayor and Council hold a series of meetings to consider
the annual budgets of the City and the Economic Development Agency. This year, the
Council will be considering options available to address the projected General Fund and
EDA budget deficits.
The following dates and times are proposed for this year's deliberations regarding the
FY 1999-2000 budget:
Wednesday, June 9 at 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday, June 16 at 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday, June 23 at 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday, June 30 at 4:00 p.m.
A late afternoon time has been selected to better accommodate Councilmembers' work
schedules. At the Mayor's request, all meetings will be held in the EDA Board Room.
Fiscal Impact: There are no costs associated with these budget deliberations.
Recommendation: That the Mayor and Common Council approve the proposed dates
for the Fiscal Year 1999-2000 budget deliberations.
