WORK EXPERIENCE:
April 1998 to Present: 50% stockholder and Chief Financial Officer for Capital
Construction, Inc. Company originates and brokers real estate loans with emphas�s
on construction lending.
May 1997 to March 1998: Consultant to First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of San Bernardino. Originated construction loans as independent
agent operating under Broker license.
September 1965 to April 1997: Served in various capacities of First Federal
Savings and Loan Association of San Bernardino and CEO and President of including Executive
Vice-President, President First Fed Service Corporation.
As Executive Vice-President, the duties included responsibility for all the functions
of the lending department. As President of First Fed Service Corporation, the
responsibilities included overseeing all joint venture projects which consisted of
commercial, light industrial and residential protects. Projects were analyzed and
recommended to the Board of Directors for approval and later managed to
completion. As President and CEO supervised the conversion of the Association
from a mutual to stock form of organization.
SUMMARY OF BUSINESS EXPERIENCE:
Fort y years in Title Insurance, Lending and Real Estate business. Positions include
Title Officer, Public Relations Officer, Loan Servicing Manager, Real Estate Sales
with the responsibility of negotiating solutions to troubled loans, supervision of loan
production �ncluding origination and implementation of new loan Bernardino
Served as Director, First Federal Savings and Loan Association of San ionalr Life
until November 11 , 1998 when First Federal was sold to
Insurance Co. of Lansing, Michigan in an all cash transaction.
