STAFF REPORT
The City of San Bernardi no currently has an ordi nance whi ch allows the
collection of fees for services.
This resolution and ordinance would allow the collection of fees for
administrative costs incurred by the Police Department for handling towed and
stored vehicles.
It would allow for collection of $38.00 for each vehicle. The Police
Department tows about 1,200 vehicles each year which meet the guidelines in
the proposed ordinance. Therefore, the estimated revenue would be $45,600.00
annua lly.
