STAFF REPORT
An exclusive out-of-state L.E.E.D.S. "Law Enforcement Executive Development Session"
seminar is to be held in Quantico, Virginia at the F.B.I., National Academy from
June 11, 1993 through June 23, 1993. Slots for attendance were very limited and
previously unavailable. Unexpectedly, an opening became available and Chief Daniel
A. Robbins was asked if he would like to attend at the last possible moment. This
invitation included costs for air fare, hotel, attendance and materials to be paid
for by the F.B.I. National Academy.
