PERSONNEL ACTION FORMS
To direct the Chief Examiner and Secretary to provide
in writing to the Mayor and Common Council, the City Clerk,
and the Director of Personnel, prior to ~ Council
meeting, a list of the Personnel Action Forms approved by the
Chief Examiner, and that any other Personnel Action Forms for
classified positions not so approved in writing by the Chief
Examiner prior to the Council meeting should not be approved
by the Mayor and Common Council.
