Richard Bennecke - Mayor's Executive Assistant
1. EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS FOR TOP MANAGEMENT - PROPOSED
POLICY - Item continued. changes were recommended to items
4, 5, 8, 11 and 20. The City Attorney is to review those
items that the Committee felt required both Mayor and Common
Council concurrence and the item on indemnification. The
Mayor is to review the proposal and the final draft is to be
presented at the April 6 Committee meeting.
