STAFF REPORT Speicher Memorial Park is located on the corner of Arden and Pacific Streets. It is approximately two (2) acres of the Patton Park Complex and was developed to i.ts present state mostly by a group of friends and co-workers of the Rick Speicher Family for whom the park is named. The City has assisted and directed in the completion of the park and City funds were used to provide the play equipment in the tot lot. The park is complete except for the parking lot located on the Arden Avenue side of the park. With the completion of the parking lot this full service park will be complete. The site offers recreational and leisure time opportunities for the entire family and the parking lot will provide ample parking for the facility.
