Subject:
Budget Deliberations
Background:
Each year the Mayor and Council hold a series of meetings to consider the annual budgets
of the City. The following dates and times are proposed for this year's deliberations regarding
the FY 2001-2002 budgets:
Wednesday, June 6 at 2:00 p.m.
Thursday, June 14 at 4:00 p.m.
Thursday, June 21 at 2:00 p.m.
Tuesday, June 26 at 4:00 p.m.
Two meetings are proposed to be scheduled late in the afternoon; this is consistent with last
year's schedule. All meetings will be held in the EDA Board Room.
Recommendation:
It is recommended that the Mayor and Council discuss and approve the proposed dates for the
FY 2001-2002 budget deliberations.
