STAFF REPORT
Northwest PAC - Budl!et Increase Reouest
BACKGROUND
The attached memorandum details the expenditures of the Northwest PAC through the end of
March 31, 2001. For the nine (9) months ending in March, the PAC has spent an average of
$2,437 per month. At that rate, the remaining balance of $3,064 will be spent in about one
month, leaving it without money for the final 2 months of the fiscal year.
CURRENT ISSUE
To provide funds through the end of the year, the PAC has requested a budget augmentation of
$5,000.
ENVIRONMENTAL
Not Applicable.
FISCAL IMPACT
This will increase the Agency's budget by $5,000.
RECOMMENDATIONS
The Redevelopment Committee considered this matter on April 5, and recommends approval.
Staff therefore recommends the Community Development Commission approve an increase of
$5,000 in the Agency's budget for the Northwest Redevelopment Project Area Committee.
