Dear Mayor Holcomb and the Common
The YMCA of San BernardIno Is going through some mInor
enhancements ("face-lIfting") of the property located at 6th and
Arrowhead. The project Is fairly simple, consisting of cleanup
and painting. Part of the clean-up phase Is leveling the old BMX
track located In the northwest corner of the property.
There appears to be about 400 cubIc yards of dirt, of which we
would like to offer to the cIty. I hope the cIty will be In need
of this dirt, thus benefiting both the YMCA and the cIty.
