SCANNING MISSING DOCUMENT NOTICE
~ IDENTIFICATION: Mayor and Common Council Meeting of February 20,
1995, Item 'S2 - Resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino, CA, containing their findings with regard to allegations of
sexual harassment again City Attorney James Penman and authorizing official
actions related thereto, including direction to City Attorney Penman and
the Mayor.
At the time the above referenced document was S('Jlnned, it was D2! complete and was missing
certain attacbment(s).
An effort is being made to secure the missing documentation. If that documentation is located,
the imaging database will be updated.
The missing documentation is identified as: No staff report or backup.
