BACKGROUND As a recipient of the Local Law Enforcement Block Grant (LLEBG) funds, the Police Department is required to hold a Public Hearing. At the hearing, persons shall be given an opportUnity to provide written and oral opinions to the Mayor and Common Council, regarding the intended use of the grant funds.
