An Ordinance of the City of San Bernardino Amending Section
2.17.01OC of the San Bernardino Municipal Code Relating to the
Animal Control Commission.
Due to the name change associated with proposed chapter 2.26, section 2.17.01 OC must
also be amended to reflect the name change. The proposed ordinance will update the Municipal
Code to reflect the name change only.
[t is therefore recommended that the attached ordinance be adopted.
