Synopsis of Previous Council ection:
Recommended motion:
Direct the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance establish-
ing procedures for the supervision by the Mayor of Officers and
Departments of the City and coordination of supervision through the
City Administrator in the interest of effective public administra-
tion and efficient execution of public policies adopted by the Mayor
and Common Council.
