Resolution Diagram Map portions of confirms the Assessment Roll No. 968 for the maintenance of Airport Drive between Commercenter and approves the landscaping and East and Commerc- On June 3. 1985. Resolution of Intention No. 86-197 was adopted which instituted formal proceedings to form an assessment district in the Airport Drive area for the maintenance of landscaping and lighting in the median strip only. All the requirements of Chapter 12.90 of the Municipal Code were fulfilled and on July I. 1985. the Resolution ordering work was adopted. The charges for the establishment of the district and the charges for the first maintenance contract are included in this roll together with inciden- tal charges and total $5.312.30. RESOLUTION OF THE SSESSMENT ROLL NO. 968 FOR IGHTING IN THE MEDIAN STRIP AST AND COMMERCENTER WEST, PPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO CONFIRMING THE MAINTENANCE OF LANDSCAPING AND OF AIRPORT DRIVE BETWEEN COMMERCENTER IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, AND MAP NO. 968. WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San I Resolution of Intention No.1 ernardino on June 3, 1985, adopted its 6-197, to order the work described therein to be done under the rovisions of Chapter 12.90 of the San Bernardino City Municipall I ode; and i WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council on June 3, 1985,1 I pproved the Engineer's Report on the proposed assessment district'l hich report includes a proposed assessment roll and Assessment istrict Map relative to Assessment District No. 968; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution of Intention No. 86-1 197, a hearing was set for July 1, 1985, at which time and Plac~ I written objections and protests to the proposed improvements, the extent of the district, or to the assessment district itself were I have been incurred for th1 Ifirst year of $5,312.30, including incidental expenses, which mus~ Ibe spread over the individual parcels of said assessment district,! That the Mayor and Common Council do hereb find and determine that the proportionate costs to be levie against the parcels of land within Assessment District No. 968 ar correctly set forth on Assessment Roll No. 968 for the fiscal yea 1986-87, Airport Drive Landscaping and Lighting Maintenanc District, designated as Exhibit "A" for total costs of maintenanc and incidental costs for the spreading over the individual parcels, which Exhibit is attached hereto and is incorporated herein by ref~ erence, and the Mayor and Common Council do hereby confirm said assessments. SECTION 2. That said Assessment Diagram Map No. 968 is hereby approved. SECTION 3. That is directed to cause al I transmitted to thel of San Bernardino, the City Clerk opy of this Resolution and Exhibit "A" to be ffice of the Auditor-Controller for the County ith the request that the individual assessments be placed on the ubject 1986-87 property tax bills for collection together with all ther property taxes.
