There is one slot available for our Senior Companion Program to assist with recruitment, reports and records. There is no cost to the City. 75-0264 , c o ""'" -...) \ ,.) 1 RESOLUTION NO. 2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE PARKS, RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO SERVE AS A 3 WORKSITE FOR THE SENIOR EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM OF THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY OFFICE ON AGING, AND AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF SAID 4 DEPARTMENT TO EXECUTE A STANDARD WORKSITE LETTER OF AGREEMENT. 5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 6 SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 7 SECTION 1. The Parks, Recreation and Community Services 8 Department is hereby authorized to serve as a worksite for the 9 Senior Employment Program of the San Bernardino County Office on 10 Aging. 11 SECTION 2. To provice adequate supervision of the enrollee and to provide orientation and the necessary training concerning the worksite, its activities, and the enrollee's day-to-day responsibilities. 2. :::'0 provide a copy of the enrollee's job description to the enrollee, the enrollee's supervisor, and the Senior Employment Program, and to update each job description when necessary. 3.
