EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY, A CORPORATION,
OVER CITY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 428 SOUTH "D" STREET.

5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE:
That the City of San Bernardino execute a

SECTION TWO: That the said Grant of Easement referred to

though set forth at length herein, is hereby approved.
SECTION THREE: That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City

said Grant of Easement on behalf of the City of San Bernardino.

The Northerly 10 feet of the Southerly 33 feet of the Easterly 6S feet of lot 13 of "UTE SUBDIVISION
NO.2. as shown on map on file in Book 23, page 31 of Haps. in the Office of the Recorder of said
County.
Grantor agrees for itself. its heirs and assigns, not to erect, place or maintain. nor to pemit t:
erection. placement or maintenance of any building. planter bons. earth fill or other structures except
walls and fences on the abovt described real property. The Grantee. and its contractors. agents and
~lO)'ees, shall hive the right to trim or cut tree roots as may endanger or interfere with said systems
and shall have free access to said s)'stems and every part thereof. at all times. for the purpose of
exercising the rights herein granted; provided. however, that in making any excavation on said property of
the Grantor, the Grantee shall make the same in such manner as will cause the least injury to the surface
of th und around such excavation. and shall replace the earth so removed by it and restore the surface
of ye(gr.Q!,. to as near the sare condition as it was prior to such excavation as is practicable.
