STAFF REPORT
St. Bernardine's Hospital has submitted an easement across a
portion of City owned land for the purpose of a traffic
directional sign and related electrical conduit. The sign is
located at the southwest corner of Highland and Valencia
Avenue and the electrical conduit runs from the sign, south
to the hospital's property.
The Board of Water Commissioners has previously granted
permission to St. Bernardine's Hospital for placement of the
traffic directional sign and requested an easement when the
hospital required electrical service from their property
across City owned property along Valencia Avenue.
