STAFF REPORT
The proposed action is to repeal Resolution #83-77 naming previous Purchasing
Agent Ken Cunningham as the authorized agent to administer all documents in
connection with the Office of Procurement. Department of General Services of the
State of California.
Adopt a resolution naming the current Purchasing Agent as the agent authorized
on behlf of the City of San Bernardino to execute all necessary documents in
connection with the Department of General Services.

rEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES CF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO
3 PURCHASE CEi1AIN ITEMS, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 83-77.
4 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYORANDCOMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

6 SECTION 1. The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Sail
7 Bernardino do hereby authorize the Office of Procurement,
8 Department of General Services of the State of California, to
9 purchase materials, sup~lies and equipment, of any and all kinds
10 used by the State of California, for and on behalf of the City of
11 San Bernardino pursuant to Section 10324, Public Contract Code.
12 and that Dean Meech, Purchasing Agent for the City of San
13 Bernardino, is hereby authorized and directed to sign and dt"l iVI',
14 all necessary requests and other documents in connection
15 therewith for and on behalf of the City of San Bernardino.
16 SECTION 2. This resolution shall remain in effect
17 indefinitely.
18 SECTION 3. Resolution No. 83-77 is hereby repealed.
19 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
