STAFF REPORT
The final map was approved by the Mayor and Common Council July 5, 1983
and recorded August 19, 1983. The reason for the proposed action is due
to change of ownership.
Tract 10979 is an 86 Lot, Single Family, Residenta1 Subdivision. The
required bonds and Certificates of insurance have been filed with this
office, and the prescribed fees have been paid. Also, the street
improvements and grading plans have been approved.
