RESOLUTION NO.
2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, DIRECTOR AND OFFICER OF EMERGENCY
3 SERVICES TO EXECUTE APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF
OBTAINING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE UNDER THE FEDERAL CIVIL DEFENSE ACT
4 OF 1950, AS AMENDED, EFFECTIVE JUNE 17, 1986; AND REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 85-313.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
6 SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
i SECTION 1. The following named individuals are hereby
8 authorized to execute for and on behalf of the City of San
9 Bernardino, a public entity established under the laws of the
10 State of California, applications and documents for the purpose of
11 obtaining financial assistance under the federal Civil Defense Act
12 of 1950, as amended, (50 U.S.C. App. 2251-2303).
