1. SPECIAL MERIT ADVANCEMENTS - Item continued. Staff
was requested to look at merit based compensation programs
and provide a comprehensive, overall positive approach to a
superior performance recognition program based on merit.
2. RETIREE SPOUSE MEDICAL PLAN - Item continued. City
Attorney and Personnel Director were directed to research the
records in consort with the retirees and report the results
at the next meeting.
3. DISABILITY PLAN RATES - Item continued.
