Synopsis of Previous Commission/Council ection:
Ordinance #4815 providing for the issuance of multifamily mortgage revenue bonds.
On June 17, 1985, the Mayor and Common Council adopted Resolution #85-213,
inducement resolution.
On November 18, 1985, the Mayor and Common Council adopted Resolution #85-473
setting a TEFRA Public Hearing.
On December 21, 1986, the Mayor and Common Council continued the TEFRA Public
Hearing to January 6, 1986.
On January 6, 1986, the Mayor and Common Council continued the TEFRA Public
Hearing to March 3, 1986.
On March 3, 1986, the Mayor and Common Council continued the TEFRA Public
Hearina to ADril 21. 1986.

STAFF REPORT
Staff Is requesting the TEFRA Public Hearing be tabled. Staff received a
telephone call from Ms. Susan Beamls of Del Rosa Partnership on April I, 1986,
stating the developers were no longer seeking bond financing.
The Developers still Intend to construct the project and are currently working
with the Planning Department, but will use conventional financing for the
project.
