RESOLUTION NO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
4 SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
5 SECTION 1. Recitals.
6 A. Certain lending institutions require proof of sewer
i connection prior to approving a loan.
8 B. The Public Services Department has been performing a dye
9 test which provides the proof of sewer connection at no cost to
10 the homeowner.
1] C. The Mayor and Common Council have determined that the
12 homeowner requesting this service should compensate the City for
13 such serv ice.
14 SECTION 2. Implementation. A fee of twenty-five dollars
]5 ($25.00) is hereby established for each sewer connection dye test
16 performed by the City of San Bernardino.
17 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
18 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
19 Bernardino at a
