An inspection was conducted on March 27, 1986 and notices for abatement were issued by certified mail, (per Municipal Code 8.36.090). Compl iance was to Ibe atcompl Ished by Apri I 10, 1986. Prior to Apri I 10, 1986, Mr. Duffy, (owner of the buses) requested a ~!paring before the Fire Chief, (Municipal Code 8.36.110). On April 7,1986, a hearing was held before Fire Chief, Gerald M. Newcombe. The result of the hearing was to contin- ue with the abatement of the buses.
