Synopsis of Previous Council action:
On March 17, 1986, the Mayor and Common Council set April 21,1986, at 9:00 a.m.
in the Council Chambers of City Hall to hear the appeal filed by Maurice Peters.
The owner has failed for over 5 years to repair or rehabilitate this building.
It still remains vacant and deteriorating.
Recommen<:led motion:
To affirm the decision of the Board of Building Commissioners to abate the nuisance
by demolition.
