COMMENT:
A protest hearing was scheduled for this item at the April 7,
Council Meeting. At the time the agenda was prepared,no
protests were received by the Department. However, written
protests were received by the Mayor and Council Offices April
7, 1986, relative to this project. This item had been con-
tinued from the agenda of March 17, 1986, and March 3. 1986.
Arrangements had been made with the utilities in the area to
absorb some of the cost. however one or more of the property
owners are dissatisfied with the distribution of cost for the
project and have made the protest.
