Council Notes: 75-0262 Agenda Item No.Cd2 ~) CI" OF SAN BERNARDI~ - REQU" FOR COUNCIL AC"'N STAFF REPORT The Council Personnel Committee recommends the following changes - as additionally noted in its minutes of the April 3, 1986 meeting: change the title of wSenior Management AnalystW to wAssistant to the City Administrator:" (no cost), establish the part time class of wSummer Youth SpecialistW JPTA (no cost to the City) and upgrade the wSenior Steno Clerk (C)-Personnelw to wSecretaryW(C)-the additional cost for this year ($800) is to be funded through allocation of resources. The costs for 1986-87 will also be funded in the same manner. Additionally, add a position of Real Property Specialist in the Public Works Department. DISABILITY PLAN RATES - Item continued for staff to survey other cities for comparison plan regarding the City Administrator position and also provide a scenario with alternatives on a short-term disability program for Manage- ment and Confidential employees. To be returned to Committee in two weeks. 2. DEPENDENT SPOUSE COVERAGE - DECEASED RETIREE - Item continued. Staff to contact representatives to be available at next meeting (Marshall Julian, Louise Howard, Val ton Holly and Tom parlett) for discussion. 3.
