This item has been re-discussed recently by the Council Personnel Committee and it was recommended that the policy be extended for an additional two-year period making a total of five years or until the surviving spouse attains the age of 65, is remar- ried or is covered under another health plan. The attached resolution will 6ffect such a policy. It is anticipated that this will not add any cost to the City's present self in- surance program. 75.0264 . . . 1 2 ;] 4 5 6 7 8 !J 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 Hl 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 .
