Honorable Mayor, and City Council,
I wish to protest the assessnent district of Daley Cyn. Ri. Due
to the enquity of the distrubution of expenses for each resident in-
volved.
A credit of accurent market land value should be given to the residents
who dedicate land for this road. I believe it is necessary for Council-
man Marks to rreet with involved residents to work out all the involved
problerrs as he was directed to due in the March city council rreeting.
I also believe that the councils ad hoc ccmnittee should investigate
the distrubution of cost.
