C"V OF SAN BERNAR~O - REQU~T FOR COUNCIL ACfION STAFF REPORT Two Vista Volunteers were assigned to the Westside Drop-In Center in May, 1985, to assist in the Job Search, Employment Development Program. Since then, over 300 residents have received intensive one-on-one jOb search training and jOb referrals. The Vista Volunteers have been the key to success of the program. Their assignments will expire 5/31/86 unless renewed. There is no cost to the city for the Vista Volunteers. 75-0264
