Synopsis of Previous Council action:
In accordance with the provisions unJer 5.44 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code,
the r~ayor and Common Counci 1 may approve or di sapprove the issuance of a permit
for Games of Amusement.
Council has on previous Jccasions, approved similar permits in compliance with
code requi r~mel1ts.
Recommen-:led motion:
That the approval for a permit for Games of Amusement, submitted by CRAIG LEE SHELBY,
be approved, subject to meeting all requirements of the San Bernardino i~unicipal Code.

MR. CRAIG LEE SHELBY has complied with the requirements under
Municipal Code Section 5.44, governing coin operated game machines.
~R. SHELBY intends to engage in the business of operating and
maintaining coin operated game machines within the City of San
Bernardino.
