BID SPEC: F-86-8
The proposed purchase is for One New Trailer Mounted High Velocity Sewer Cleaner
With 600 Gallon Water Tank, to be utilized in daily operations by the Public Services!
Street Department. At the request of the department and in co-ordination with the
Equipment Superintendent, appropriate specifications were prepared, published and
furnished to area suppliers. The following is a summary of bids received.

Specifications as bid have been reviewed with the Equipment Superintendent and Director
of Public Services who concur, that the bid of Dew-Par Sales & Service meetsspecifi-
cations and requirements. It is therefore recommended that the bid be accepted for
contract. The amount of $21,200.00 was included in the 1985!86 budget for this equip-
ment.

RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AWARDING A BID TO DEW-PAR SALES
AND SERVICE FOR THE FURNISHING AND DELIVERY OF ONE NEW TRAILER MOUNTED HIGH
VELOCITY SEWER CLEANER WITH 600 GALLON WATER TANK TO BE UTILIZED BY THE PUB-
LIC SERVICES/STREET DEPARTMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH BID SPECIFICATION F-B6-B.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BER-
NARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Dew-Par Sales & Service is the lowest and best bidder for
the furnishing and delivery of One New Trailer Mounted High Velocity Sewer
Cleaner With 600 Gallon Water Tank in accordance with Bid Specification
F-B6-B for the total amount of $20,347.00; pursuant to this determination,
the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized and directed to issue a purchase
order for said one new trailer mounted high velocity sewer cleaner with 600
gallon water tank to said lowest and best bidder; such award shall only be
effective upon the issuance of a purchase order by the Purchasing Agent; and
all other bids tehrefor are hereby rejected.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the
Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a
meeting thereof, held on the
