STAFF REPORT
Tentative Tract No. 13124 was approved by the Planning
Commission on October 8, 1985.
Tract No. 13124 is a fourty-lot (40) single family residential
subdivision.
The Subdivider has indicated that they will bring in bonds,
insurance certificate, prescribed fees, and agreement prior to
Council Meeting. Al so, the improvement plans have not been
completed and approved.
The Final Map has been reviewed and found to be in substantial
compliance with the tentative map and the Division Map Act.
Therefore, we recommend that the Final Map be approved with the
following condition:
Prior to the signature of the Final Map by the Director
of Public Works/City Engineer, all necessary drawings
(street improvement plan, drainage plan a.nd sewer plan)
shall be approved by the Director of Public Works/City
Engineer.

RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO APPROV ING THE
FINAL MAP FOR SUBDIVISION TRACT NO. 13124, lOCATED APPROXIMATE-
lY 510 FEET EAST OF THE CENTER lINE OF EUCALYPTUS AVENUE, AND
SOUTH SIDE OF RIALTO AVENUE, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC DEDICATIONS
AS SET FORTH ON SAID MAP; AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE
STANDARD FORM OF AGREEMENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS IN SAID
SUBDIVISION, WITH TIME FOR PERFORMANCE SPECIFIED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOllOWS:
SECTION 1: The Mayor and Common Council find that
proposed Subdivision Tract No. 13124, located approximately 510
feet east of the centerline of Eucalyptus Avenue, and south
side of Rfalto Avenue, together with the provisions for its
design and improvements is consistent with the General Plan of
the Ci ty of San Bernardi no.
SECTION 2:
The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino
is authorized on behalf of said City to execute the standard
form of agreement adopted by Resolution No. 84-8 with Century
Wildwood Limited Partnership, for the improvements in said
subdivision tract as are required by Title 18 of the San
Bernardino Municipal Code and the California Subdivision. Map
Act. The ti me for performance is specified at 24 months. Sai d
improvements are specifically described and shown on Drawings
No. 6917, 6916, 6915 and 6918, approved and on file in' the
Office of the City Engineer of the City ~f San Bernardino.
SECTION 3: The Final Map of said subdivision tract is
hereby approved and the Ci ty of San Bernardi no hereby accepts
as public property all dedications within the subdivision as
shown on said Final Map for streets, alleys, (including access
rights), drainage and other public easements. As a condition

Map, the Subdivider shall
first execute the agreement referenced in Section 2 hereof for
the improvements within said subdivision. The City Clerk shall
certify the approval and acceptance of the Mayor and Common
Council as set forth in this resolution.
